The final signature of your Tuscan property is scheduled for the end of February. We have been waiting to get the final paperwork to legalise the pool area, which has caused the due diligence to take a little longer than anticipated. We should be getting the final answer from the townhall in the coming weeks and as soon as we get the keys we will release your final 5 points to book your Tuscan home! We anticipate this home to be ready by July, but this will be confirmed when the sale is complete - with Italian administration you never know.

While we finalise the due diligence, the design team has been hard at work finalising their plans for your home ready to get started as soon as the final deed has been signed. We have included some exciting insight from the design team for how they plan to upgrade the space.

For the kitchen, we are relocating the existing small closed off kitchen to the opposite side of the ground floor, creating a much better flow and allowing direct access to the interior and exterior dining areas, perfect for holiday entertaining.

The design team are super excited about the design of the bathrooms; both will have a retro inspired checkered pattern, the ensuite has a freestanding bath in a relaxing rich terracotta while the upstairs family bathroom will have a double basin vanity and deep golden yellow tile
